A: You should make a deposit to secure your appointment.
Q: Why do I need to secure my appointment?
A: I have had situations where multiple people would call to make an appointment at ?9am for example.? i would tell the first person that asked for that time yes i can book you for 9am. i would tell the rest of my potential clients someone is booked. then when the 9am appointment comes they cancel at that time putting me in a situation where i have missed out on money.
Q;Why would you double book for an appointment slot?
A;because over time i?ve had several clients make an appointment that they did not uphold or canceled last minute on.
