This item is new and is still in the box. This TV stand is made for flat screen TVs. It has 3 tiers to provide a central location for multiple accessories, a wiring run channel on the back, black finish to the glass and support tubes. This stand can also be used as for game consoles, surround sound etc under a TV that is already mounted to the wall. I have attached a picture to show a TV mounted above a stand on the wall.
