Producers needed r&b, pop, dance genres in Atlanta, Georgia For Sale

Currently I have a songwriting team we go by the name of Lay it Down music. We are seeking an in house producer to work with. I have a music publishing company and we have been creating songs to pitch for both commercial industry artists, as well as licensing opportunities for various film/tv projects. Producers will receive full production credit, be entitled to producer advances from the record label in the event of major record placements, as well as back end producer/composer royalties to be negotiated between writers and yourself. We need top notch radio ready quality production and will be needing someone who is versatile in various genres including r&b, pop, dance, and hip hop. The more experience the better, major placements or past track record is not a requirement, however we must feel your production quality is up to par.
