Job Description
We are continuing to grow and currently have an opening in McDonough! We are looking for forward- thinking, dynamic people to become a part of our world-class, wacky team. A polished, professional appearance and attitude are a must along with a servitude attitude and GREAT manners! “Please” and “thank you” should already be a part of your everyday vocabulary.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience as a residential property manager. Prior supervisory experience required, including responsibility for selection and training team preferred. Applicants must possess full knowledge of multifamily property management, including but not limited to, Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collections, eviction procedures, accounting principles and the use of accounting software and property safety. As strong understanding of the bottom line and comprehension of how to balance income and expenses to get the best overall results for the asset. Occasional travel is required. Knowledge of OneSite is strongly encouraged.
