I have a large 3 or 4 bedroom house in Acworth. I say 3 or 4 because it's technically a 3 bedroom, however there is a large room downstairs with a bathroom that could potentially be a 4th bedroom. The house has 2 2-car garages, one in the house, and one separate. The house is currently being renovated and won't be available for move-in until at least February 10th or so, which is why I currently don't have photos. I'm looking for someone in their 20's or early 30's (preferably male). Must be reasonably clean, easy-going and able to pay rent on time. No smoking in the house. Prefer no pets but if you have one well behaved I wouldn't mind.
