The room is available now. The room is on the lower level with a separate entrance. Rent is $500 (all utilities, cable and internet included) and a $350 deposit (refundable). The lease is month to month with a 30 day notice. Furnished room for rent in a Stone Mountain house. We have DirecTV and Comcast internet. I'm a very easy going, clean and a considerate person.
