I am looking for either an affordable 1-bedroom apartment or sharing a house. I am moving to continue work in theatre/film production, which I previously did in Los Angeles and taught in Nebraska. I would prefer a relatively safe neighborhood since most my possessions are used for work, i.e. stage combat weapons, computer, books, etc. I am not allergic to any animals and I am relatively clean and organized person.
