Need Kitchen privileges for simple cooking or crockpot. 144sf or greater bedroom is preferred with quiet access that does not disturb others. Furnished is not necessary. Budget at this time is $400-$425 including all utilities and internet. Cash is ok. Pets are okay, prefer dogs. I am a good person, quiet, supportive.
