Hello! We are Kai and Kyeal. We have a 3 bed, 2 ba apartment in Decatur. Everything is updated and it's a nice sized place (xxxx sq. ft). You will be sharing the bathroom with just the female. You MUST be LGBT friendly. The bills are usually around 460/month, and that includes electricity, cable, washer-dryer, water, and rent (they fluctuate slightly has, but it has never been more than a $15 difference). You must have $460 to move in (before Oct. 10). Rent is due the 1st of every month; we have a no tolerance policy for late rent (except in cases of emergency). We love having a good time as long as you don't bring the party home without first having a discussion with the roommates (that goes for all of us). You are more than welcome to have company over, but don't move them in. We are both very friendly and sarcastic people who love to go out, or hang out at home and watch movies, but we also enjoy our own private time. Please tell us something about yourself.
