Roomy apartment, located in Buckhead. Cross streets are Northside and West paces ferry. Incredibly convenient to 75 as it is right off the exit. !0 minutes from downtown, midtown, and downtown buckhead. The main differences between the photos posted and the actual apartment for is that the floors are carpeted except the kitchen (this is cause all of the floors above ground floor are carpet for noise), and some of the photos show a little sun room, but this apartment has an outdoor patio instead of it. The apartment is very close to a marta bus station, about a block away. However, it is a good ten minute drive from a Marta Train Station. There is a pool, tennis courts, barbecues, two story fitness center, rec center, courtyards, and doggy area. Rent is 645 plus utilities which normally ends up being $50. I am up to negotiate this part of the subletting deal. My apartment allows sublets but only if they can run a background check. I would be willing to pay this $100 application fee for you. Overall I have really enjoyed living in this apartment. I have an amazing roommate, and the place is very roomy.
