Seeking older professional female tenants: Quiet, private non-smoking retired professional couple seeking tenants for our newly-designed downstairs apartment. We have one bedroom rented to a very quiet, professional female, and we are looking to rent the other two bedrooms to 2 older or retired female professionals. Applicants must be responsible, non-smoking and drug-free and quiet, who prefer to live in a peaceful, wooded setting, a little off of the beaten track. We are located about 25 miles SE of Atlanta.
