This is the original Soloflex but we added the butterfly attachment for intense chest workouts.
This comes with newly updated weight straps for a total of 400 lbs equivalent. There are 6-50 lb, 2-25 lb, 2-10 lb,4-5lb,
and 4-2.5 lb straps.
Also included are pads for squats & butterfly, and tubes that slide on weight bar for smooth bicep curls.
I have the poster to assist in set up and the book to show what part of the body each exercise works on.
