SOUTHERN FAMILY HUNTING CLUB IS SEEKING 5 NEW MEMBERS AS WE EXPAND TO A 4TH PROPERTY.
Now we have consolidated down to 4 of the best of the Club properties all still located in Wilkes county. There will only be 21 total Members the name SOUTHERN FAMILY HUNTING CLUB ... That deer in the picture was just taken on our PROPERTY # 7 on December 9th xxxx
We have hardwoods, planted pines, food plots, swamps, pines, truck drivable roads, small ponds, River, Power Lines, and very plentiful wildlife. When you join our club... you get to hunt all 4 properties ... xxxx ACRES and all for a $xxxx.00 per family membership
Most clubs that are offered are an average of 50 acres or less per member. We are 133 acres per person. Its going to be a TOTAL of 21 members hunting on a total of xxxx acres in the city of Washington Georgia, in Wilkes County and we are currently showing property and collecting dues to hold these 5 remaining spots for next year! Each Family Membership is now xxxx.00
Not everyone will be allowed to join because we seek LIKE-MINDED hunters seeking to harvest bigger bucks, like the one in the picture,! We need members that can follow the rules and not infringe on other members hunting experience. We are NOT INTERESTED IN BABYSITTING.
We created 47 food plots mixing a unique blend of seeds and fertilizer that our DEER frequented and stayed in our food plots everyday. Brazilian Alfalfa, Brazilian Turnips, Canadian winter peas, Western Soybean, Rye and plus that 19-19-19 fertilizer kept it all green all year round. It is still green! It was incredible! The plots' contents made deer come from all over to feast on its unique buffet.
Our Hog population on one of our properties has been second to none as we have buried over 15k lbs of sweet potatoes, put out over 5k lbs of corn, along with melons, fruit and dog food. We trap, and hunt large amounts of hogs, so get your freezer ready.
This year we plan to set up a huge Dove Field to allow for over 100 hunters to come PAY TO HUNT. This hunt is intended to pay for a LIVE WATER WELL and PUMP for our Camping area. After the opening weekend of Dove Season, we will continue to hunt dove as a club.
We are a club that believes that you must manage the SMALL GAME to have a great population of big game. Most importantly....We trap coyotes by allowing professional trappers to come in yearly and kill our coyote population. We hunt Raccoons, Rabbits, and all small game.

(Old #4) Thinned pines, Hardwoods, Creek Bottoms, Food Plots, Heavy Swamps, Duck Ponds, and equals 650 acres and had 59 Hogs Harvested, 8 turkeys, 50+ Ducks, 40+ Doves, several quality bucks harvested this year, along with many does.
(Old#7) Thinned pines, Hardwoods, Creek Bottoms, Food Plots, Massive creeks, and equals xxxx acres and had 4 Hogs Harvested, a few great quality bucks harvested this year, along with several+ does.

The reason for the openings, we had a large cheaper priced club in xxxx that we consolidated.We decided the xxxx club was too big of a HASSLE managing 65 families at a cheap yearly rate. We already have 16 commitments from last year's successful club, so all we need is 5 more like-minded professional mature moral hunters..
Here are the requirements because we are seeking a mild to low impact on our properties as we are going to be considered to be a MAJOR TROPHY HUNTING CLUB.... The first 2 years we will be limiting the Doe harvest and restricting what Bucks you can harvest. You may not be a retired person (not looking for the everyday hunter). You must be game fully employed and be a weekend warrior, (We had a guy that stayed in our bunkhouse and hunted the entire season a few seasons ago). WE ARE NOT looking for members that hunt everyday. You must live at least 1.5 hours or 90 miles away from our properties. You may not be a COMPLAINER, TROUBLE MAKER, WINER and you must follow all the rules, PIN IN and PIN OUT consistently on our PIN BOARD, be courteous of others, and be professional at all times....
If you are complaining or criticizing about this post or the requirements of our new club, you are not the future member that we are seeking.... We seek like-minded mature hunters seeking to harvest 150+ class bucks in the future.
